Tag 79 / Day 79
ja, ich werde gesucht. Mittwoch 15. Mai stand die polizei bei meinen eltern vor der tür und hat überprüft, ob ich auch wirklich nicht mehr dort wohne, sondern in der schweiz bin. ihr fragt euch sicher warum. einigen von euch hab ich vielleicht shcon erzählt gehabt, daß ich am ostermontag auf dem weg zum flughafen tegel mit dem auto meines vaters ein klitschko-kleines-bisschen zu schnell war. also eigentlich waren es nur 116 km/h aber halt in ner 80er zone. also 36 mehr, toleranz schon abgezogen. naja, mal schauen was nun passiert. ich bin jedenfalls gut getroffen und "unser" auto sieht aus wie auf nem werbefoto von honda :)yes, i´m wanted. on wednesday 15th of may my parents got visited by the police. they controlled if i really leaved the flat and germany and living in switzerland now. maybe you ask now why. could be possible that i told some of you that i drove a little fast at eastermonday on my way to airport berlin tegel with the car of my father. ok i drove only 116 km/h but it was in a zone with allowed 80 km/h so 36 more. well, will see what happens now but "our" car looks like a commercial for honda :)
Tag 78 / Day 78
da bin ich wieder :) zurück aus spanien. hätte nie gedacht, daß ich den wind dort so schnell vermissen werde, aber hier heute bei 29°C und keinem lüftchen fehlt er wie wasser in der wüste!aber zurück zu meinem kurztrip. es war wirklich richtig schön! bin also mit der swiss airline von zürich nach madrid (der airport da ist eine katastrophe) und dann dort mit dem mietwagen nach burgos eine freundin in ihrer wg besuchen. mit den drei italienern dort war auch meist stimmung ;)abends trudelten dann auch alle möglichen anderen freunde sämtlicher nationalitäten ein und ich saß dann da und hab natürlich kein wort verstanden, da nur spanisch, portugiesisch oder italienisch gesprochen wurde und larissa mir nachträglich dann ein paar sachen übersetzt hat :) danke an dieser stelle!da ich ja den mietwagen hatte, war es möglich tagesausflüge nach bilbao und st. sebastian zu machen und dort die sehenswürdigkeiten (guggenheimmuseum und aquarium) zu besuchen. der kurzurlaub hat sich also wirklich gelohnt und ich zeig euch hier mal ein paar bilderi´m back :) from spain. never thought that i´ll miss the wind, blowing there all the time, so fast. but today we had 29°C without any wind and so i missed it like the dessert misses the rain!but back to my trip. it was fantastic! i took swiss airline from zürich to madrid (the airport there is terrible) and than a rented car to burgos. larissa, the girl i visited, lives with three italians and so there´s everytime "party" ;)in the evening some other friends came to the flat and so i sit there listening all the time to spanish, portuguese and italian and understood nothing. but mostly they translated the important parts for me into english ;) thanks for that!because of having the rented car it was possible to made a roadtrip to bilbao and st. sebastian to go there to guggenheim-museum and the aquarium. so at all it was perfect and i met new friends and lovely people there! here are some picturesMadrid Airport

wollt nur noch schnell allem eine schöne woche wünschen. bin bis sonntag nacht in spanien und mache einen kurzurlaub, also bis dahin.just a short hello to everybody and wish you a nice week. i´ll go to spain now till sunday night. take care

tach fans!sorry, dass ich erst heut schreibe, aber am samstag ging das überhaupt nicht mehr und gestern hab ich einfach einen reinen entspanntag gemacht. und die zeit bis samstag war als "trainingsphase" ausgeplant *fg*ich bin also am samstag mit den GRAVITY RUNNERS bei der SOLA-Stafette gestartet. als 12ter läufer auf einem 6.8km langen teilabschnitt und hab diesen in 37:22 minuten zurückgelegt. ja, keine glanzzeit aber doch ganz ok mit 5:47 min/kmjedenfalls war das wetter eine reine katastrophe, nur regen den ganzen tag bei vielleicht 10 grad. meine wechselzone war geöffnet von 15:20 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr und ab 15:20 mussten dann auch alle läufer in selbige und in dieser stand ich dann auch fast 1:30 Stunde und bin fast erfroren und meine klamotten hatten sich so mit wasser vollgesogen, dass ich beim laufen überlegt hab, alles auszuziehen und nur noch mit meiner startnummer weiter laufe. das bild unten hätte dann sicher etwas anders ausgesehen ;)in meinem ziel angekommen wollte ich dann eigentlich nur noch unter die dusche. leider war sämtliches warmes wasser aufgebraucht und eiswürfel sprudelten heraus. meine wechselklamotten hatte ich in meinem rucksack verstaut und zum glück zusätzlich in eine platiktüte gesteckt. mein rucksack lag nämlich in einem kleinen see als ich ihn entgegennahm. mein handtuch zum abtrocknen war also auch schon vorher klitschnass! ihr seht, es war ein toller tag, nein, es hat wirklich spaß gemacht zu laufen, aber das warten in der nassen kälte hätte anders gelöst sein sollen. abends gab´s dann noch pizza mit ein paar leuten aus dem team und die SOLA-Party natürlich. um 5 war ich dann im bett und bin sonntag auch erst 12:45 Uhr dort wieder raus und in die heiße wanne. abends war ich dann noch bei nem konzert von AFI (danke sandra für den tipp)und nun das bild ;) (nicht erschrecken)hey folks!sorry, that my last post was 6 days ago but on saturday there was no time and yesterday i just did nothing. the time to saturday was used for last "training sessions" *gg*so on saturday i started with the GRAVITY RUNNERS at SOLA-Stafette (the relay). i was runner nr. 12 for 6.8km and my time for that was 37.22min. i know. it isn´t fantastic but at all 5:47 min/kmanyway, the weather was a nightmare, rain all day long and maybe 10°C. my starting zone opened 3:20PM and closed 5PM and all runners has to be there at opening time and than i stayed and waited there for 1:30h. it was so fucking cold and wet and my clothes got so heavy that i thought by the run that i´ll get undressed and run to finish only with my starting number. ok the picture at the bottom would look different ;)as i reached finished i only wanted to take a shower but there wasn´t warm water anymore, only ice cold water. i put the clothes for going home in my backpack and thanks god in a plastic bag as well because as i picked them up my backpack layed in a little lake and my towel was completely wet before i took the shower. you see, i had a lot of fun. but for real it makes fun to run with so many people. at the evening there was pizza with the team and the big SOLA-Party. at 5AM i fellt in my bed and layed there till 12.45AM before i took a hot bath. yesterday evening i went to concert of AFI and finished my weekend (thanks sandra for the hint)and now the pic (don´t scare)
Tag 73 / Day 73
so, gestern war also der erste mai und auch hier im kanton zürich ist dies ein freier feiertag gewesen. daher habe ich diesen tag genutzt um noch ein letztes mal vor samstag laufen zu gehen und etwas zu trainieren. es war desaströs! ehrlich! mir ging es noch nie so schlecht, ich hatte von anfang an einen wadenkrampf im rechten bein, der sich nach der hälfte der strecke auch noch auf das linke bein ausgedehnt hat und so konnte ich wirklich nur noch nach hause gehen, an schnelleres laufen war nicht mehr zu denken. ich hoffe also, daß sich alles bis samstag soweit regeneriert, daß ich meine 7km durchhalte ;)abends war ich dann an der limmat mit einer kleineren runde der anderen deutschen grillen an der limmat und das war dann doch ein sehr guter ausgleichyesterday we had the first of may, a free time holiday here in canton zurich. so i used that day for last training for saturday and it was terrible! worst case! from the beginning i had a cramp in my right fibula and after the halfe of the way it goes also to the left leg and so it was only possible for me to go home in normal way. it wasn´t possible to walk faster and so i hope that everything will be fine again at saturday that i can walk (run) my 7km ;)in the evening i went to the limmat to have a barbecue with a smal group of other germans and it was really nice :)
